Similac Sensitive vs. Similac Sensitive RS

The RS has rice starch added already, correct? I've been adding rice cereal to DD's bottles for quite a while due to reflux.  I thought I'd try the Sensitive RS so I don't have to keep adding the rice, but the formula once mixed seems quite a bit more watery than the Sensitive with the added rice cereal.  Does the RS have the same affect?
