Where to get stroller tire fixed?

One of my stroller tires won't hold air anymore, guess there's a hole in it somewhere. Where can I take it to get it fixed?

REI fixed our stroller.

My brother fixes his own jogging stroller tire.  He said you can buy a tube for it at Walmart...it is like fixing a tire on a bike.
