My 6 week old hasn't napped all day long!

What the heck?!  Growth spurt?  She took one nap from 10:30-11:30am and hasn't napped since.  She keeps falling asleep for a few minutes and then waking up again.  We even went to my grandparents' house 40 minutes away, and she stayed awake in the car, there and back!  It's 10pm now and she's still just dozing a few minutes and then waking up again.  This must be a world record or something! lol

My DD does this all the time, too. She'll go a few days where she'll do nothing for short 10-20 min. naps, and then she'll follow those days with 2-3 days where she'll do nothing but sleep. She's done that since about 5-6 weeks. Today was a sleep day. The other night she slept 10 hours. I tried to wake her for a bottle, but she drank maybe 1/2 an oz. and was out.

There is a 6 week growth spurt.  maybe getting ready for that.
