1/2 stick butter 1/4 c. flour 2 c. milk 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 2 c. macaroni
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add flour while stirring. Add milk and continue stirring constantly until thickened. Add Velveeta cheeseand salt and pepper to taste. Combine with cooked macaroni. Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Cover and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees to melt cheese.

mix 2cups milk, 1/4c flour, and about a tablespoon of onion salt in a sealable container (I use my nalgene bottle). shake for 2 minutes.
pour mixture over noodles in 9x13 casserole. mix in 2-3 cups of shredded sharp cheddar. sprinkle remaining sharp cheddar over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. yum!

You won't taste it.) 1 (8 oz) container sour cream (all things with sour cream are tasty!) ? cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs or crunched up pringles or corn flakes - whatever you have ? cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until done; drain. In 9x13 pan, stir together macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese. In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle topping over macaroni mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is golden. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

best ever mac and cheese. seriously.
8oz cooked macaroni
2c milk
1/4c flour

4c shredded sharp cheddar
