Baby name popularity in your area?

Does anyone know of a way to check and see exactly how "popular" a particular baby name is in your area (ie, Hennepin Cty)?  Of course the name I've wanted for years and years is #6 or #7 for 2008 on names, but I was curious on if anyone knows of a way to see where it's ranked in your region/county.  It might not be as popular around here...and then maybe I can feel better about using it.  I just don't want my son/daughter to be the 4the 4th or 5th "xx" in their class growing up.

You can do names by state...I'm not sure if you can go any further than that (county/city).
