I am trying to figure out what to do about it and I need advice.
A couple months ago my eyelids started twitching. I was told it was stress related and to slow down and take potassium. I did this and it improved. It hardly ever happens anymore.
The past couple weeks though, I've noticed my left cheek muscle twitching. I also sometimes feel what is like a pressure behind my left eye (hard to describe). It seems to only be happening when I'm stressed/tired or when my eyes are under strain like watching a movie in a darkened room or staring at my work computer all day. I don't seem to get any headaches or anything and I DO NOT feel numbness anywhere.
I plan on getting ahold of a dr about this today but I wanted to see if anyone has experienced this. I don't know whether to call a GP (which I don't even have right now) or see an eye doctor first to see if my vision is off. Going the right route is very important b/c our insurance is horrible and I'm out of a job in 2 weeks.
Any advice? TIA.
Re: Having a health issue...
I'm not sure, but definatley see your doc. GL
I drink a ton of caffiene.
Yeah, so in that case....cut out the caffeine and see if that helps. I know that it helped my sister a ton.
