I set up an account. I added Jazz on FB. I am PMing you my email and last but not least, you had a c/s right? How long before you were able to do things?? I'm so tired of not being able to do anything by myself yet.

Re: Lerma
I'm probably the worst person to ask about C-sections, I overdid it way too early. I think I even made it worse, but I HATED have to sit home and not do anything. I also am the only driver in the marriage so I had to go places, within the first week.
Now that I think of it, we lived in an upstairs apartment when I had Gabe so I had to walk up and down stairs right away too! Do what your body feels is ok, don't go by the time frame given to you if you feel fine. That's the way I look at it, but damnit I'm not a Dr. so don't sue me if you F anything up lol!
I would say even overdoing it I felt better by two weeks, not enough to lift very heavy things and go for a long run, but I was fine doing things on my own by then.
I don't plan on saying anything! I want to enjoy this for as long as I can!
They used internal stitches and tape on the outside. It is the weirdest thing. I have never heard of anyone having tape but thats what I have. It looks gross but I'm guessing no matter what they used, it would still look gross.
You're lucky, I had staples with Roo and those were a biitch! I was able to do so much more with Gabe because of the stitches. That's about the only thing I'm going to be picky about with this one.
I just always remember hearing once on Grey's about how Dr's that use staples are lazy lol, probably stupid to reference a dumb medical show when referring to my own health but oh well lol...
LOL no you're talking about those little strips right? That's what I had on top of my staples. They actually came off at my first shower though, are yours still there? When is your PP appt?
Sorry I'm just a little caught up in the drama on 2nd...hehe!
