i think it might be easier for you to go with another letter since it's a boy. he won't feel left out like he might if it were another girl.
This.
Sorry, but I'm generally not a fan of the "same first letter(s)" theme - be it amongst twins or siblings...that being said, if you're entirely set on continuing the trend, I'd definitely suggest going with a traditional 'K' name (ex: Kevin, Kenneth) and not a traditional 'C' spelled with a 'K' (ex: Karson, Kody).

I completely agree with this. I really don't like the matching first letters... at all. Super cheesy.
I don't personally like when family names match the same letter, but who cares what a stranger thinks? It's really not a big deal at all if you want to name him Kellen or Kyle. I love those names.?

My brother-in-law's family are ALL K's so we're avoiding a C or K name like the plague.
Here are the ones in our family: Kirk, Ky, Koy
I like Kole, Krew, and Koby.
GL...I don't think you need to stick with the K thing though!
Big E (6) & Little E (2.5)
Trying to think of ones that haven't been mentioned:
Karl, Kurtis or Kurt, and I do know a man named Kortny. He goes by Kort.
I would stick with another K name. I don't have issues with them being matchy matchy.
