Is Maifest Kid friendly?

I read online, t said ther are rides and live music... But I have never been.

it should be fine today, i.e. not too many drunks on Sunday

I think it's just like any of those festivals in Mainstrasse, lots of different kinds of people there. Bikers, drunkards, families, older people. So during the day, you should be fine.  It can get crowded so  you may want your stroller to plow through the crowd.  :-)
