1st birthday ideas for DD?

I can't believe I am already thinking of this! Feels like I just had her, but I was trying to think of themes and all her little friends of kids we know are boys! So it makes it hard to have a girly theme!

I did farm theme for my DS first birthday and it was adorable! I can share all my great ideas I did if someone wants that theme!
