These chips are NOM!

I bought a bag of Terra exotic vegetable chips - Mediterranean flavor - and I am in heaven right now. Seasoned with garlic, oregano, olive oil, and a hint of lemon. They are so darn tasty. I was a little scared about the veggie part, but they are really good! The chips are made from taro, sweet potato, yuca, batata and parsnip. Nom nom nom..?

I LOVE terra chips!  When I went to Hawaii, we found a local store who sold homemade taro and sweet potato chips.  They were SOOOO good!
