F/U: Versa Spa Spray Tan ROCKS!!

So the other day I was trying to remember the name of the spray tan that my sister gets done, so I posted about it.  A girl here reminded me of Versa Spa.  I went this morning to prep for a wedding I'm in tomorrow...its AMAZING.  The machine even air brushes little sun freckles on you, it looks SO natural, I'm blown away.  And I got 4 sessions for 60 bucks.  What a great deal!  One session is usually 30ish on its own.  Versa rocks, for those ladies looking to tan this summer w/o the sun!!

  • Good to know!  Thanks for posting.  I heard about it at the tanning place I go to but I hated mystic tan so much that I didn't even consider it.  I'd so much rather have a spray tan over actual UV and Im trying to get ready for a trip.

  • Please elaborate!  I've only ever heard of Mystic Tan.  Do you go to a tanning salon for it or a day spa?

versa has beet undertones instead of the orange color. :) it also has moisturizing things in it that makes it "better" for you than mystic.

  • can you post a pic, CFO? we get versa with our tanning membership and both are so nervous to try it LOL but that wasn't a bad price!

They're in tanning salons, but not all of them.  I called a local chain and had to ask, and one of the nearby locations had two of them, the other two locations didn't have them yet.  From what I understand, Mystic is more orangey and thicker in texture.  Versa is so fine, its like a burst of cool air, you barely feel it on your skin.  Its a stand up machine w/ a 1/4 area of panelling missing, you stand and change positions four times, and then it dries you with air afterwards.  There are some immediate results, but it takes a few hours to see the full effect.  I've never done a spray tan, and I'm way impressed.
