I noticed you're in NJ also and you put that you only get 4 weeks before baby and up to 6 after.. did you know about the family leave plan that is going into effect as of July 1st?

I'm actually not familiar with it at all. I'm not sure if I'm covered because I'm technically not considered a full-time employee with the company I work for. Do you have a link or any info I can check out on it?

Anytime!! if you have the chance to have an additional 12 weeks, you should know about it..Also I read that they are automatically sending paperwork out to anyone who qualifies for the "child bonding period" after maternity leave ends.

That sounds good to me. I'd love to get that paperwork in the mail! lol. I guess we will both see what happens come July 1.
