Travel toddler bed??? What do you use when you travel with a toddler?

Besides a pack and play.  My parents are watching Keira for a night soon.  I was thinking about an air mattress or something.

Just looking for some suggestions.

Thanks!

  • Aerobed for Kids.  It is awesome.

  • a twin size aerobed.  I think they make toddler ones, too...but we just have a regular twin.

  • Oh right!  I remember seeing those.  I will have to check it out.

    Thanks girls!

  • Toddler Aerobed. We bought one for ds a few months ago for a trip and he likes it so much that when we got home we set it up in his room. He's been sleeping on it every night, LOL. And in the past two months, we haven't had to add air at all.
  • Seriously Cleo. . . If we set it up at home (if we're babysitting one of DD's friends or something) Gretchen wants to sleep on it and give up her bed to the other kid.

  • My DD didn't do well on the airebed but that's because she was still in a crib at the time and she just wanted to wander.  We got the peapod plus tent and she still loves it.  It packs up really small.  I know one step ahead sells them but we got ours new off of ebay.

I agree 100% - the sides are raised so it makes it harder to roll off.
