We went to see the Noah's Ark exhibit at the Skirball Center. It was AMAZING! I would be hard-pressed to list all the things there were to see and do there. The kids had a complete blast. If you're in the LA area I'd highly recommend checking it out.
Anyway, a few photos. The lighting was very weird in there and I am no pro at shooting with the flash on, so my pictures aren't quite as good as I'd hoped they'd be. Still cute, though.

Some of the freaking awesome animals they had around. They were made of found and recycled materials and were incredibly creative. The best part was that the kids were allowed to touch EVERYTHING they could reach.
And the kids had almost as much fun playing on the steps in front of the museum as they had in the exhibit.
Re: Another fun GTG w/A-bay and SBDC
sunshiny, I would have invited you, but we had to make the reservations months ago. The museum is free on Thursdays, so tickets sell out way in advance. You could probably still get in on another day of the week if you're interested. Check out the "tickets" link and see what's available.
