DH took a different job about two years ago that involved a ton of traveling & sacrifice. We talked about it & knew this would be his big opportunity for promotion & growth. With the economy, we both thought the promotion would be on hold, but. . . *drumroll* he found out yesterday that he got promoted!

It is so nice to feel like all of the time he's put in, & all of the nights on my own with the boys have paid off. He totally deserves this. He is now officially a Director!

We are going out to celebrate on Saturday. Can't wait!!!!!

Thanks. The raise wasn't huge, but I'm excited anyway given the state of the economy. We're going to use it to pay for yard service so we can actually enjoy his company when he's home. :-)
