cook yourself thin

i put this on my dvr and the recipes are so good! i made the corn bread, sausage and spinach and the green chile and chicken enchiladas. everything was really good!

 i am going to make the mac and cheese and red velvet cupcakes for a bbq my sister is having on sunday.

  • How in the world can you cook yourself thin if you are making mac and cheese and red velvet cupcakes? I must go read about this.

    Maybe you are supposed to cook, but not eat.

  • it's not no carbs, it's just less calories, less fat, lots of healthy substitutions.

    one red velvet cupcake is 470 calories vs 900 of a regular one.

    their whole thing is that you can eat almost anything, you just need to make it a bit lighter and use portion control.

     so far the recipes have been filling eating just 1 portion. but i also made a salad to go with.  mh of course took seconds, but he often does.

  • I've been dvr-ing it too and absolutely love it;  I havent made anything yet but I have a notebook of stuff I want to try!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE this show!!! I have been recording it ever since it started. You can get the recipes on the website. Let me know how you like the recipes....I haven't tried any yet!
