Re: cook yourself thin
How in the world can you cook yourself thin if you are making mac and cheese and red velvet cupcakes? I must go read about this.
Maybe you are supposed to cook, but not eat.

seriously - I second that
if there is a way to make all that stuff tasty without carbs count me in!
it's not no carbs, it's just less calories, less fat, lots of healthy substitutions.
one red velvet cupcake is 470 calories vs 900 of a regular one.
their whole thing is that you can eat almost anything, you just need to make it a bit lighter and use portion control.
so far the recipes have been filling eating just 1 portion. but i also made a salad to go with. mh of course took seconds, but he often does.
