For those who are doing the 30 day shred....do you follow a diet plan also, or are you just doing the workouts each day?
I am proud of myself...I have done it the past 3 days despite not wanting to because my quads are killing me. I still am not the greatest at it....but I think it is getting better.

I don't follow a specific diet plan per se, but I have been trying to eat healthier. Let me tell you how hard that is when I have cupcakes (leftover from a birthday), choc chip cookies and lemon bars sitting in the kitchen! Ahhhhh!
Anyway, I'm on day 3 as well and have been feeling better already.
Are you doing Level 1 for 10 days and then moving up?
I'm on day 7 of level one and definitely feeling a difference - especially with my endurance level.
I'm not following the diet plan since I'm nursing, but trying to eat nutritiously on my own.
