DD is obsessed with Sleeping Beauty

We got the movie a couple of weeks ago (it's cute; I had never seen).  She told us the other night she is asking Santa for a "Sleeping Beauty doll with yellow hair and a blue dress."

I thought the princess obsession started once preschool did!

Anyone else dealing with such an obsession?

I guess it will be fun next time we go to Disneyland because she'll freak over her castle now.

Oh yes, we have that obsession here too.  We have all of the little action figure princesses from Target.  She plays with them all day, and anytime she sees something with one of them on it, she wants me to buy it.

My DD is watching it as I type this. This is her "downtime" and she is watching it while wearing her dress and a pair of my heels.

Everytime DD sees a church with a steeple, she yells out that it's a castle.

I doubt (hope) we'll ever be in the Princess stage...but we're still in full swing with Thomas and have been for over a year now!

DD is 3 1/2, and she has been in the princess/fairy obsession stasge for well over a year.  There is no sign it is ending anytime soon but dh and I foster it I guess.  She has all the disney princess dresses and a couple of tdifferent fairies.  She wears them every night and sometimes to the store.

We were in Disney two weeks ago.  I hate to wait in line 5 different times for the Princesses!

M has been into princesses for almost a year now. Started with Cinderella, then Sleeping Beauty now Ariel. We just go with it.
