I want to look into using an in-home daycare vs. a larger center. I was wondering for those of you who also use in-home daycare - where/how did you find yours? I've seen some postings on Craigslist but wanted to know if there were other places to look for them. We are looking for something either St. Louis Park, Hopkins or the Eden Prairie/Mtka border (which is close to where we work).
Thanks!
Re: Where did you find in home daycares?
I'm looking too! I'm having ahard time and trying not to use craigslist because it's kind of freaks me out!
I know many people use this website:

www.childcarechoices.net
Good luck!
Hi ladies!
I am a licensed daycare provider and I would tell you to NOT look at craigslist for daycare.. just wouldn't trust it. But always look on the licensed daycare listings. You can start here.. Hope this helps! ) Good luck
Oh and always ask them for references and call ALL the references and ask about the daycare, children and the provider.
