Another weird night....

I give up trying to predict this little goofball!

Last night we had to run a lot of errands (dinner with some friends, pickup Josh's new nursery furniture, buy toliet, etc.) and we didn't get home until around 9:15. He was getting fussy so I figured he was hungry, since he hadn't had a bottle since 6:30 and 9 o'clock is usually when we start the bedtime routine.

Well I tried giving him the bottle 3 times and every time he would drink for like 2-3 seconds and then he'd start crying. I finally gave up and put him in his swing to see if maybe there was an issue with the nipple or something. Well, 5 minutes later I went to check on him and he had passed out!

So I figured I'd just let him sleep and he'd wake up around midnight or one and be ready to eat, so I went to bed. Well the little booger slept in his swing until 5:30 this morning! Go figure!

Hmmm.... Maybe try starting his bedtime routine after his 6:30 bottle and see what happens!

Oh that sounds so wonderful! We only get a couple of hours right now... hopefully someday soon that'll change.

 Hmmm...that might be an idea. I'll try that tonight and report back tomorrow!

LOL, that sounds like us!  Every night is a guessing game over in our household.  But James skipped his 9pm bottle too last night and was up at 1am.
