this is for all of you ladies out there who have experience with weight loss and exercise. Back in my college days when I wanted to step it up and lose weight quickly I would just add in one more thing/day for exercise because that was easier for me than being careful about eating
so since I always rowed anyways in the morning with my team I'd just add in another trip to the gym that day or an exercise video.
I was planning on doing the same thing now, I already was doing the 30 day shred every day and I was just going to keep doing that along with the rowing. Well I don't know if it's the early rising (we start at 5 am) or the energy required to take care of the twins but I've been way too tired to do both the last 2 days. I can't decide if I am just doing the rowing if that will be enough to lose weight or if I should just suck it up and do the video too... it's only 20 minutes right? Hmn... I'm torn. I don't want to ruin my streak (I was doing that every day for like a month) but then again I don't know if I've already gotten enough exercise.
Sorry this is completely random and rambling... I'm trying to decide right now if I should get off my butt and go exercise while they're napping
