Amazon! Everyone can shop online which is awesome and those that prefer not to shop online can go to BRU. I registered at Amazon and I still keep my registry and update it to keep track of things I need/want.
I was told that Target changed their return policy, so that as long as the gift was on your registry you no longer need the gift receipt. (if that's the issue you were referring to).
FYI - Walmart has now changed their registry and it's all online, at least around me. This must be something new as the website still says you can register in the store, but I tried two stores and not only can you not scan items, but they are taking out the registry stations where you can print the lists.
Good luck and have fun!
