Jack and I went yesterday. It costs 6.00, Lasts from 9:30- 10:30. Basically the kids just run around on the gymnastic equiptment- mats, lower balance beam (there are mats underneath) and the "running" trampoline.

It was cute, J really loved to get some wiggles out.

I would suggest it is for 1 year old plus, at least be good walkers. There were kids of all ages there though, even babies just crawling around.

Thanks for passing the info along!  Sounds like fun.  I can't wait to have this baby so I can actually "engage" Ava a little more... I just can't keep up with her unless I have help anymore.  I'm sure she'd love this.
