Relocating to Western Mass. (Granby)

We are relocating to Western Mass. I know no one and nothing about the area.

Can anyone help? I would like to meet some new people.

Any info on the Granby area would be great!

I also live in western mass - westfield.   I belong to a pretty active mother/child meet up group out here.  There are playdates all the time around the pioneer valley.  Are you familiar with meet up?  The group I am in is called mommy and me western ma or something like that!  Good luck with your move!  Lots of the girls in the group go to the South Hadley family center for the "baby's first year" playgroup.  But it only runs during the school year.
