He has 3 servings of dairy a day. Some days it might be 4 or 5 depending on meals, but usually 3. He has at least 1 cup of milk a day (he LOVES milk) and the other 2 are either milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.
I actually was going to post a similar question. Seems like R drinks a lot in general, and I was curious how much other dc's were drinking.
I'd say that R probably has 3-4 cups of milk and 2 cups of water a day. She eats really well but is pretty thin, so I haven't really been worried about letting her drink when she wants to.
2 gallons a week. Yes, we've tried cutting back especially after DS's pedi said that was way too much. But it's hell in our house if we refuse the kid his milk.
27oz a day. She gets 3 milk sippies a day. One in the morning, one before nap, one before bed.
She would easily drink twice that if we let her.
Before we realized we needed to regulate her milk intake more closely, she once drank about 70oz in a day. That's over half a gallon. So I can see how a toddler can drink 2 gallons a week, easy.
To wean her down from her milk addiction we had to measure out all her milk for the day and then we'd give her watered milk in between times we wanted her to have milk. The watered milk eventually was replaced by water and very watered juice.

Liam is 5!
Good Lord.
I am lucky if mine will drink 8-10 oz a day. He eats cheese and yogurt, but not every day.
