I just saw your not from last week. I took Thursday afternoon and Friday off, so haven't really been on the computer since.
Lucas is great. His vocabulary has really grown in the last month or so. He has three molars. Those caused some rough nights, but seems to be doing much better (probably until the enxt ones come in). He still loves his pacifier. I'm not concerned about that yet. The temper tantrums have started! He loves being outside and when it is time to go in he hates it. He also hates getting out of the bath. When we announce it is bath time, he runs to the bathroom and swings his leg over (with his clothes still on)! I think he could play in there all night.
Did you have a nice Mother's Day? I got to sleep in, we had IL's over for lunch and then DH, Lucas and I all took a long nap. We went to a friend's for a bbq. It was a great day!
So what's new with Brandon? How is your work situation?
Re: **JLSBWG**
Hello!
Brandon is doing great! He exercises his independence every chance he gets! It's amazing how quickly he is picking up new words. It's been really fun to watch. I really think he understands alot of what I tell him. Brandon also doesn't want to get out of the tub. My DH taught him how to get down off the couch, so now that's all he wants to do, is climb up and down. HA HA! Thanks DH!!! We're going on our first family vacation next month. It should be fun. We've never been away with him, so hopefully, he will be able to sleep in a strange place.
I had a good mother's day. We went to my Mom's for dinner. I'm glad you had a nice day too.
Have a good one!
Jen
It is funny the little things they learn to do, even when we aren't watching! I know when I ask Lucas questions or tell him something, he understands a lot of it. At the mere mention of his coat, he goes and gets it and thinks he can go outside.
Where are you vacationing? Traveling by air or car? We flew with Lucas in January and wasn't nearly as bad as I had anticipated. He did well and so did we. It was a great vacation! I hope it goes well for you all!
