If my cervix was irritated during sex does that mean it could have this effect on AF? I am just trying to understand the change in this cycle but i am thinking that you may be right.

hopefully this doesnt mean an extra long period.

If that's what it is, then the pink stuff isn't your period. ?That's what your cervix does when it's irritated. ?Perhaps your period hasn't started yet, but you're cramping early? (FWIW, my cramps start a few days before AF.)

I think its AF because 2 days prior today I spotted brown mixed with red, today it changed over to pink. not as heavy as my normal crampy day but heavier enough to use a regular tampon. It may just be a weird cycle.
