What happened to Target Brand Wipes?

I was there yesterday and saw some brand called up and up.  But they didn't have the large package I usually buy............

    Up and Up is Target's brand now.  I bought a pack of the diapers and i'm very pleased with the quality.

    I was there yesterday and noticed the same thing! Luckily my target had the big box, so i got them. I figured they were the same thing.

    How long have you had them?  I liked them at first, but then DS had three blowouts in a row.  He also has sores on his legs from the elastic.  We switched back to Luvs without even finishing the first ream of diapers.
