Are you able to use the ultimate crib sheets with your convertible crib? I can't manage to keep the snaps done so that the sheet fits snuggly!
Also, what, if anything, are you using to stop your LO's from using the rails as a teether? Has anyone used this: https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3521410
and if so, what are the pros/cons? We only have one tooth between the two girls and she has already scratched up the front of her crib.
Re: ?'s for those with convertible cribs
Hi- I can't answer your question about the sheets- I just used the regular sheets that came with the bedding set. But I know that our cribs had (have b/c Logan is still using one) HUGE side rails and the twins used to chew them up pretty bad. I didn't get the teether thing that you showed a link to- even though it's super cute I didn't see them or they didn't have them then- but I got the gummy teething rail that sticks to the crib rail- and it really does come off easily when you're ready to remove it. And it's only $10 and it's clear....
can't answer the sheet question either...
I've never seen the rail cover, it looks interesting, though. I'd be curious if they'd try to untie the ties, though. My gummi rail covers were crap, they peeled off when my girls tried to get them off.
We used ultimate crib sheets on our convertible cribs until we transitioned to toddler beds a couple weeks ago. I LOVED those things. So much easier for me than regular sheets.
I didn't use a teething guard rail thing but I know people who have that loved it. I haven't heard any cons, but I haven't used one personally so I am not sure.
