I just got my CPR and first aid certification today, and it got me to thinking I hope I never have to use it but Ian choked on a tortilla chip once.  Not a fullblown choke but still he was gasping, coughing, etc.  It dislodged itself, thank God, but man that was the scariest moment of my life so far.[Poll]

Carter never has (that I recall), but I had to do the heimlich (sp?) on a 2 year old when I worked at a daycare center.
