Since you love talking diapers...what brands/styles are you using? I am thinking about CDing at least part time with the next baby. I was interested in pockets I think, but I am not set on that yet. I have also considered fitteds with a cover, but that just seems like an extra step. What are your thoughts on sized pocket dipes vs. one size?
Re: Kapalua
I don't use a lot of pockets-I do have some Bumgenius one size that I used for overnight mostly. I liked that I could adjust the absorbancy. I'm not using those yet this time because DD is too small.
My favorites are fitteds and prefolds. Though, I recently acquired some contours that I'm liking too. I'm using Kissaluv fitteds and for covers I have prowraps, Bummis, and swaddlebees plus some wool covers that I've knitted for her. I guess the cover is an extra step...but I don't find it to be cumbersome.
My SIL uses pockets almost exclusively and has had the best luck with Fuzzi Bunz sized diaps.
check out Jilliansdrawers.com-they have a cd trial so you can test a few different kinds before deciding.
