tips for weaning pain?

I stopped bf almost a week ago, and the pain is still unbearable, not to mention my breasts are all lumpy w/ milk and misshapen. i feel like a freak! anyone have some tips?? tia

The only thing that helped me was cabbage leaves for about 4 days. GL it sucks!
