babysitters notebook

Does anyone know of a premade notebook that a babysitter could use to document how much your baby ate, how many diapers they had ect? I am looking for some type of a journal or something that I can take to the sitter and take home each day. I know I can create one from scratch but I prefer to purchase one if there is one available.

  • Check out The Essential Baby Organizer - authors Dani Rasmussen and Anotinette Perez.  I ordered it online from Borders.  It has a page for each week with space per day to write in food, naps, diaper changes, plus notes on fun things your LO did and all that.  Plus there is a spot for each well visit so you can write in height, weight, etc...  I really like it.

  • I made up sheets myself. I have 2 versions: one for my son (who's 8 months) and a slightly different version for my daughter, who's 3 1/2.

I either print these at home or work.  I have a 3 ring binder that I put them in.  Nanny fills them out, after I look at them I toss into recycle.

If you want a copy, send me a private message with your email.
