getting more and more scared about #2 as TTC date gets closer

I am SO excited to TTC #2 but the excitement is starting to turn into fear now that July is approaching quickly! I am afraid of starting from square 1 with teaching the new baby to eat, sleep, etc and dealing with DS at the same time. I am dreading the sleepless nights again now that DS is sleeping pretty well. I am worried about learning how to get out of the house with 2 kids instead of just 1. Ugh, so many things to worry about, I wish I was more laid back like my DH. Anyone else have these same fears??

Yup. And the expense of another one in childcare.

yup, and I have one coming in July!  I don't think it will be so bad though.  DD has grown so much in the last year and I'm pretty sure the first few months will be rough but it will be worth it.

  Yes, I am worried about all of those things, minus the day care costs, which, thankfully I don't have to worry about.

But, taking two kids out is a big fear of mine.  And mine will be 18 months apart

We plan to TTC late summer/fall and I totally understand your fears. I really didn't like the newborn phase, things got much better around 6 months, which is really not a long time at all, just remember that it doesn't last forever!

Not yet.  My fears are about ttc & how long it'll take to get pg & worrying about miscarriage.  After I'm done with those worries I'll move on the the ones you are talking about. 

Yeah, I have a worry schedule (lol).

I am RIGHT THERE WITH YOU. We also plan to start ttc in July, and last time it worked on the very first try, so... I have always wanted children 2 years apart, and I know it will be worth it in the long run, but the more and more people I see with 2 little ones lately, the more and more petrified I get. How will I even manage going to the grocery store? We don't have family very close by and my DH works a lot, so I don't get much help. Plus DD still does not sttn (not even close) and I am still sleep deprived, so a lot needs to change on that front in the next year. Anyway, yeah, I feel ya.
