Ebayers,What can I do in this situation?

So after looking everywhere I wasn't able to find a beddng set for dc#2 that I liked until I found a discontinued PBK set, so I am buying it NWT off ebay, piece by piece. I recevied the bedsjirt yesterday, but it isn't the the one that the seller pictured or described. It IS NWT and it IS PBK, but it's not from the line that was pictured/described. So I promptly emailed the seller and haven't heard back (it was just yesterday though). But I am wondering what I should do IF the seller gives me a hard time- also should I have to pay for return shipping just to get ther one I bid on and won anyways?! Thanks so much!
