DH bought me an exercise ball

and I love it!!! It is so comfortable to sit on and it relieves a lot of pressure. Maybe it will help me dilate a little. To anyone who is considering buying an exercise/birth ball, I highly recommend it.

    i just picked one up today. we'll see if it's something i want to use when in labour... hard to know what will work or feel comfortable in advance.

    LOVED leaning over the ball in birthing class. It also felt great to sit on too!

    Thats funny...I just brought mine down to bounce on while watching a movie, the nurse told me it should help this little one drop! Heres hopingSmile
