Step 2 Customer Service rave!

Ben has a whisper ride buggy and the horn has always been super quiet on it even with new batteries, well yesterday Chris wanted to put a better brand of battery in and not seeing that you are supposed to unscrew the front of the horn off to reveal the sound module and battery he pulls on the entire wheel to try and get it off.. the whole thing shattered and he ripped half of the wheel off! We called Step 2 fully willing to just pay for a new part and they are replacing it for free...even free shipping! What wonderful customer service!

    Isn't Step2 the best company ever?  I posted a rave about them today, too!  They replaced a cabinet knob for Allison's play kitchen that we accidentally threw away for free with free shipping.  I think from now on whenever there are two similar products, I'll go with the Step2 product.  I like to reward good customer service.
