update on maren

She is doing fine.  One of her tear ducts is infected, but we got her some antibiotic eye drops.  Hopefully those will help. 

Her belly button is not infected, but just goopy/puffy since she lost it so early.   The pedi does not think she'll have an umbilical hernia like I thought.  

She was given another suppository for going #2.  The pedi suggested this along with new formula, so she can really establish a pattern for her.  (Without BM or Enfamil in her system.)  She is now on gentler formula for her belly. 

 Thanks for all the kind words this morning.  Although I have been up since 4, she has been happily sleeping most the day.  Now if only I could find time to rest.  Gotta go get Noah  soon from school.

Those eye drops are amazing they worked for DS in like a day!

Hope the new formula helps her tummy.
