Ovulation after miscarriage question

I detected my LH Surge with a digital OPK on Friday at 12:30 and bd like I was supposed to all weekend and Monday and Tuesday. But now I am having those twingy pains in my side like I would with ovulation. Is it possible to ovulate this far after my LH surge? Could my miscarriage have thrown my body out of wack that much?

    An LH surge means your body is trying to ovulate, it is possible that you didn't ovulate... and are just now ovulating after another LH surge.  If you are charting, that is really the only way to know for sure if you ovulated.
