Whats a good gift for this mom and 4 kids

They just had twin girls.  They already have a 3 yr old boy and 2 yr old girl.  They have no family around to help. What should I send them as a gift for the new babies? or the mom?

    It would be nice if you could give the mom something to make life a little easier, like a gift certificate for a cleaning service or a restaurant that delivers, or a bunch of frozen meals.
