Hi,
I really appreciate your comment about the Munire cribs. What do you think of the Bristol? It seems really similar to the Antiqua but without the rutan. I wouldn't be wild about that either and I haven't actually seen these cribs in person, just online and heard great things about them from baby bargains, etc. I really appreciate your comments. I actually really love the Savannah but we don't know the sex of the baby and this crib seems like it would only really be good in a girl's nursery. Thanks so much.
Re: **gniddew**
We finally settled on the Newport style (and actually went with the Baby Cache Heritage, which, according to Munire, is the identical crib), but the Bristol was another I liked a lot. It did not come in the finish we wanted (classic chestnut), or we probably would have gone with it. It does have a lower solid back piece than many, if that is of concern to you. The woman at the store said some people don't like that because they fear airflow constriction. I don't think that would have changed my mind if they had the color we wanted in the Bristol.
I am glad I could help. I was very surprised by the rattan, especially on the matching pieces. I head read the description, which says rattan, several zillion times, but never could tell in the photos what they meant. When I saw it in person, I was surprised.
