Very Very helpful!
You could always look for a nanny by using the Boston Nanny Centre! (www.bostonnanny.com). I'm a former nanny myself and now work as a placement counselor. I love the company. A lot of families are thinking about doing "nanny shares" now, too, to cut down on the cost since two families would split the nanny's hourly rate and agency fee. I'd be happy to answer any questions. 617-527-0114; I'm typically in the office Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (or you can email me via [email protected]).
