What do you think of Bronwyn? With the middl ename Mary or June after MIL. NN doesn't really matter to me but I guess it wold be Winnie.

I love Bronwyn, but I don't really like Winnie (even though I know that's the common nickname in Wales).

I went to school with a Bronwyn from 4th grade. She was super nice and she ended up being salutorian of our graduating class, so I have very good associations with this name. She didn't go by any nicknames.

I've known 2 Bronwyn's - one went by her full name (she was a Neurologist, and I only knew her in a professional capacity) and the other was 5: her sister called her Bro (And I just totally blanked on her sister's name) and her parents called her Brownie.

I agree. I had a friend growing up who went by Wyn... the nn had been Brownie when she was little and then Wyn once we got to like, junior high or something. I thought it was cute.

I like Bronwyn a lot, not so much for Winnie. I've known a few Bronwyn's and none of them go by a nn. I'd say leave it, it's a very pretty name on its own.
