WW ladies---daily menu?

Anyone care to share their daily WW menu? I'm restarting WW today and am looking for menu ideas! I'm 2 months PP and want to lost 25 pounds.

  • Here are some things that I eat regularly:

    breakfast - either a fiber one bar (2-3 points) or a light english muffin with 2 egg whites and a slice of 2% cheese (2.5 points), cheerios with skim milk (3.5 points)

    lunch - soup at hand (1-2 points) and a turkey sandwich on light bread or an arnold sandwich thin (about 3 points), salad with grilled chicken & light dressing (about 4 points), lean cuisine or smart ones (4-6 points), leftovers from dinner (points vary)

    snacks - 100 calorie packs (2-3 points), fruit (1-2 points), yogurt (1-2 points) pretzels (2 points), dried fruit

    dinner - lean meat, grilled chicken, vegetables, whole wheat pasta, fish, yams, potatoes, salad
