PT'ing..wont poop in potty anymore?

DD has been pt'ing for a few weeks now and is dry almost all the time, few accidents when we go out.  She started out pooping on the potty very well, buy has constpation issues, severe, and now holds it in and wont go on the potty, and if we put her on, she clams and stops, or goes in her plants..any help?  bribes arent working

Very late on answering this but with DD she did fine for a few weeks & then the last 2 has been doing the same thing.  She holds it for a couple days & then will poop in her pants.  When I know she has to go I put her on the potty she will just jump right back off & says she doesn't have to go & then when I take her off a few min. later she will go in her pants.  The last 2 times she has gone on the potty we just made a huge deal of it & told her that doesn't it feel better to go in the potty then it does to have poo all squished in your panites & then I gave her a lollipop.  So just hoping she continues to go on the potty.  I think they just need time to figure it out on their own.
