    I use tinypic.com and take the first option they create for you and paste it into the "signature" section of your bio. ?GL! ?Maybe someone else will chime in with better directions!?

    I upload my pics to photobucket, change the size to the medium size on there, then I copy the direct link from that pic, go to tinyurl and get a smaller code to put in the siggy part.
