TTC #2 - Irregular periods and clomid?

I have completely irregular periods - maybe one every three months or more.  There is no rhyme or reason to my cycle, so my doctor prescribed me provera to start a period and then clomid.  My doctor said his other patients with similiar conditions have gotten pregnant pretty quickly, so I was curious if any of you have irregular periods and have taken clomid and been sucessful?

    Me :) ?I very, very, very rarely got a period. ?Maybe it would be 4 months between, then six. ?No rhyme or reason. ?I did Provera and Clomid and was pregnant the first month. ?I plan to start the same course of action for #2 in a couple months.
