Had my last midwife appointment yesterday, whoever thought up a postpartum pap is an evil, evil monster. I did not expect for it to hurt ( I had a c-section) and I even said to her, "I didn't even push him all the way out of there, what the heck?" but I guess dilation and his head coming through makes it a little sore, go figure So now I can do stuff, I am looking forward to trying the 30 day Shred you all have been talking about.
Any c-section moms using it? How do you find the ab portion? Are you taking that part extra slow or is it not even a problem? I feel like my core is basically useless at this point so I am interested to see how it works once I get started.
