I know that this gets asked all of the time, but I can't remember the past answers. What do you wish you had and had not registered for. What thing could you not live without/what did you never take out of the box?
There's not much I wish I had that I didn't, and not much that I had but didn't use. What I loved (at least what worked great for DD, as all babies seem to be different):
Playtex Drop-in bottles
Fisher Price Soothing Motions Glider
Bright Starts Bouncy Chair (only $20 and worked like a charm)
Graco Snap n Go stoller
Bob Revolution jogging stroller
Fisher Price Rainforest Crib Soother
Those are some of the highlights - hope this helps!
bouncy chair and swing. ?i didn't use the boppy as it was uncomfortable for me. ?i'd probably register for my breast friend or nothing (i just used pillows). ?also useless was the sleep positioner.
we never had a walker so i borrowed one from a friend and loved it!! it gave me a place to put DS if i needed to cook something etc... and it kept him busy, i could put snacks on his tray and he'd follow me around the kitchen etc... it was really nice so i could eat a meal and know that he really couldn't get out of my sight in the walker.
you don't need alot of receiving blankets and most of them i found were too small anyway to wrap DS in. we never had a bottle warmer, wipe warmer, sterilizer etc... DS never missed any of them.
must have a good stroller and an umbrella stroller for when they get alittle older and short little trips here and there, great to always have one in the car. snack trap cups for when they can feed themselves.
crib soother and sound machine. thankgod for my conair infant sound machine from target otherwise DS would hear everything!!

pack n play, bouncy seat, FP swing, changing pad ?-?definitely?the side to side one, we got a ton of clothes- register for diapers- silly but you will go thru them, and gift cards, we used them to buy the other items we needed- the mattress, the stroller etc. ?at least 3 sheets at least 3 changing pad covers - burp clothes (cloth diapers work best) - we had the diaper genie that uses normal garbage bags, not the genie bags.?
